Hi, I'm 39 weeks and I've been woken up to painful/lightning kicking that's gone on for about an hour. I had my second sweep this morning, lost my plug after the first on Thursday and had a few contractions which started and stopped but nothing else. I tried staying in bed tonight but it was too painful. Baby has never woken me up like this before. He seems very active and it's like continuous lightning pain. Has this happened to anyone else after a sweep? Any advice would be appreciated :). Thanks
