Are these bites on dds back anything to worry about?

Dd has had these bites for a few days but on Friday night she came down with a high fever which continued all yesterday and last night. I noticed last night they had tripled in size. I think she’s just got this bug going around but my paranoid mum brain is saying maybe it’s something to worry about!
She’s 3.
Bloody mosquitos!

Have you given her anything for them?

Speak to a pharmacist and see if she can have antihistamines at least. (My DS is 21 now so can't remember if they can have it that young).

Are you in the Uk? If so and not somewhere exotic I'd assume the bites and fever aren't related. Sudocrem for the bites
