People might think the ends justify the means, or that Hancock deserves everything he gets and I won't argue with that, but there are things troubling me:
- was it a CCTV camera and if so who/how was it leaked? We have really strict protocols about who can see CCTV footage and what reasons it can be viewed for. So how did it get out?
- Or was it a secret hidden camera? That's surely a major security breach in a government building.
- if it was a secret camera, was it specifically there to catch Hancock or speculatively to catch "someone" or "something"?
- Planted by the press? Surely that's even worse than phone hacking.
What will/should happen about the camera and the people behind the footage?
