How can I help pregnant cousin?

My cousin has just announced her pregnancy. I know absolutely nothing about babies, pregnancy... she is the first person I know to be pregnant. I want to support her any way I can, I wondered if you had any advice on things you would have appreciated when pregnant/things I definitely shouldn't do!

Most people don’t need much specific support. Ask how she is, she might want to chat, she might not.

Depending on how far along she is it could feel like a very long time till the baby’s due. Pregnancy can drag, for the woman and other people.
