My 6 month old daughter thrashes around in the night. Her legs don’t ever seem to be still. She constantly jerks them up and down as if she’s running in her sleep. Sometimes her arms go as well and her head flips from side to side. It’s really distressing to watch as it looks quite aggressive. She’s is never in a deep sleep and settled. Even when awake she is agitated, during feeding her legs are still always twitching… does anyone have any thoughts on this or experienced something similar?
