Can anyone who understands phone contracts help me?

I’m trying to negotiate an upgrade with my network but they are offering me worse deals than I can find online myself with said network. If I terminate with my provider (Three) then sign up to a new deal online with Three, will I run into difficulties trying to keep my number/share my PAC?

I’ve negotiated as best I can with Three, showing them the deals online but they’re not playing ball.

Do you have to stick with 3?

I did the same with my home insurance but obviously it's not the same as you don't require a code.

I don’t have to but the deal I saw with them was the best one by quite a way!

I did this last month with Three.

My number didn’t switch automatically when it was supposed to. However, a call to customer services sorted it out.

Look at some other service providers and get a better deal elsewhere. There are so many good competitive deals out there, Taking your number with you is very straight forward, we’ve done it several times sometimes takes a day or so. Also when you ring to cancel your current plan there is an extremely good chance they’ll give you a better deal if they think you are serious and if they don’t you can save money elsewhere.
