I recently started a subreddit about employment when you are autistic/have ADHD/Dyslexia or any other neurodevelopmental conditions. I've done the obvious things, such as posting on subreddit promotion reddits and asking bigger subs to allow me to make a post (of which 1 said yes), and I now have a whole 40 members. I know, it's pathetic.
Does anyone have some tips for me, beyond the obvious? I already feel like quite the spammer by making about 8 posts referencing my sub in other subs, so maybe I don't have the right personality for this. 
Has anyone on here ever tried managing a subreddit?
