Recommendations for a multi-vitamin

Currently taking multi essentials for women by Nutri Advanced. Can anyone recommend a really good (if you believe there is even a difference!) multi vitamin? Trying to make cutbacks. It's £31.70 for 2 months.

I just take Tesco’s own brand multivitamin. Have a look at the labels on the back. Sometimes they are all pretty much the same.

Take a look at Oxford Vitality.

(Added advantage of bo plastic containers too.)

If nutri is the company I’m thinking of then they make very good quality products
I’ve used their ultra clear sustain many times when recovering from a bad bout of poor health.

A question I’m afraid I don’t have the answer too is just how much do we absorb anyway.
How good is our gut health.
If there’s anything you feel you are lacking you might actually be better seeing if there’s a local foraging course and doing that
The humble dandelion is brimming full of vits and Mins
If you can find an in polluted source try adding the leaves to salads or making a tea with them
I do think we are better getting our vits and Mins from food but as know our food is so much more denatured than it used to be

I just take Asda or Sainsbury's A-Z multivitamins and Minerals
They have pretty much everything you need and only £3
