What should I listen to on Spotify?

Sitting here staring blankly at my app and realise I am in serious need of a music update. I’m feeling completely out of touch.

What sort of music do you like? Death metal's not going to be a very good recomendation if you like cheesy pop

Do a playlist of the genre you prefer

Isn't the point of Spotify (as well as listening to music obviously) is that it learns what you like and then suggests similar music.

So if you listen to what you do like, it will suggest similar and possibly more modern alternatives.

I listen to everything from Kolsh to Pink to Ludvico Einaudi (apart from Death Metal).

And yes, Spotify does make suggestions, but thought it might be nice to inject something new into the range that is based on my selection.

I love a bit of Hans Zimmer, Yann Tiersen (classical side).

World- Songhoy Blues (desert blues).
