Give me your best interview question & answers .

I've got 40 minutes to kill.

Have you thoroughly researched the company and can you enthuse about why you want to work there?

@DownWhichOfLate yes and that's why I really want this job!! 😁. They seem to be really great employers.

Don't tell them you hate micromanagement like I did in mine the other day. Ive been waited for my call back and I'm just cringing constantly.

Some questions I didn't expect were 'what kind of people don't you work well with' and tell me '4 words that your current colleagues would use to describe you.'

• How do you enjoy your job? and would you recommend this company to a friend?
• What do you see as the main priorities for my first month in the role?
