I've booked tickets for the Imperial War Museum at 10am, and my home train will be at 7pm from Euston.

Any recs? I'm a history nerd if that isn't obvious :)

Is the Thomas a Becket exhibition open now? British Museum I believe, looks really good.

There are some great walking (and cycle) tours by knowledgeable guides. Any particular period or aspect of history you're interested in?

British Museum is always worth a visit, as is Tower of London.

The Mithraeum would be worth checking out if you've seen all the main museums.

I'm not great directions-wise (understatement Grin) so I don't want to rush myself. Pretty easy going otherwise.

When we lived in London and had visitors we'd often take them on one of these:

There is so much hidden history and it's a really nice way to explore it.

We'd pick one in an area that we wanted to explore and also stop off at any fun food places or shops we saw along the way.
