People who are beautiful but also seem to be dreadful people?

On a journey through the YouTube rabbit hole today I was reminded of the outstanding beauty that is Jared Leto, and also what an insufferable, wannabe -cult-leader he is. Actually has anyone noticed the shocking likeness with Keith Raniere of NXIVM? He should definitely play him in a film (if he hasn’t ridden his own burgeoning cult to prison by then)

I watched a documentary about the making of one of his band’s music videos and felt a unique combination of attraction and repulsion - he’s so stupidly gorgeous (or was, prior to Jesus mode), but yikes he is the most arrogant man alive. But then maybe if I looked like him I would also be the most arrogant man alive.

Does anyone else have someone they can’t help finding ridiculously attractive despite them being insufferable? It makes me feel weird. I would bet most money men don’t think like this.

I know. It’s hard to tell now of course since he’s so covered in hair, but I remember seeing him at 40 and wondering how that was possible. Painting in the attic, I reckon.

Mind you, he was like 21 or something when he was in My So-Called Life, so I know he’s that old, but still.
