Any knowledge of practical test

And using your own car? For various reasons I've decided to not use my instructor anymore. I feel confident enough driving now and just need to master maneuvers really.
One thing I'm not sure about though is the part of the test where you use a sat nav or follow road signs, does anyone know if you use your own car you have to take your own sat nav? Or would they just use road signs if you're in your own car ?
Also any other tips for using your own car that anyone might have would be appreciated !

The examiner will have their own satnav that they'll bring in and set up on the dashboard as its preprogrammed with the test routes.
