I need to come up with a plan but I have zero idea what to include on it.

I was thinking of a mixture of strength, cardio, yoga, and, things that help with balance. I get bored really, really easily, particularly when things are more difficult than they used to be.

Also morphed into a blubber whale during lockdown so things are harder because I am lumping around significant quantities of additional lard arse.

Lots of people with ms do horse riding, it helps with balance and tone. Most Riding schools and RDA groups will have a weight limit of 12-14 stone, so check first if this would be an issue ( you don't need to say on here, just warning you).

My brother (who has MS) finds cardio tricky as he struggles with overheating. Lots of weights, swimming is good, not sure he does yoga but probably should!

My MS causes me to get balance/coordination issues, especially when I get hot during exercise, and like you I get bored so easily. I got a recumbant stationary bike and it is so perfect, I love it. I don't ever feel like I'm going to fall and it doesn't really matter if my feet go numb while using it. I have it set up so I can watch TV while I exercise so I don't get bored. I'm definitely in better shape now than at any time since diagnosed. Good luck!

Oh, some good ideas. Yes, I get quite hot - I definitely could not run at the moment.

Also not sure I can afford a gym for weights but I will see what is on offer price wise.

Currently stuck in hospital on steroids so I am planning for when I am free again.
