Best way to clean these pumps?

You can't really see well on the pic but they're quite grubby irl. Any suggestions to clean them up? I'm not sure whether they'll hold up in the washer 🤷‍♀️

Quick bump before I take my chances soaking the tops in a bowl of bio powder & water :)

That’s what I would try. Washing machine would probably be too rough. Hope they come up well!
