My partner is abusive and I have asked him to leave. He says he will leave by the end of the week but has threatened to take things that do not belong to him. The house is mine and he makes no attempt to pay for rent or bills and doesn't help with cooking or cleaning. What rights do I have if he takes things that do not belong to him when I'm not there
