Anyone who managed to get Wimbledon tickets

Have you received an email from Wimbledon yet with your tickets? Not the ticketmaster confirmation but the actual tickets? I’m concerned I haven’t had anything from them since buying them last week.

No I haven't.
However I did email Wimbledon about proof for entry because their website says a lateral flow text is enough proof, and the ticketmaster thing said it had to be on the NHS app-text is enough, according to their reply..

Not yet but Ticket Master says the event organisers i.e. Wimbledon will mail the tickets no later than 5 days before the event. So if you opted for digital tickets, you may just be sent the v tickets the day before..

There is some stuff about this on Facebook.

Seems no-one has had the email yet, so no-one can get the tickets onto the app or share with whoever they are going with.

Someone said they contacted Ticketmaster and a recorded message said it could be 48 hours before event.

I have looked at the app and it seems to me that the 2021 update is now available…wasn’t a couple of days ago.

The Comms are poor in my view. There must be thousands who have paid for tickets, hearing about tickets being cancelled left right and centre, and feeling worried that they haven’t received their tickets yet, for an event which starts in just over 4 days now. And no updates on the website or MyWibledon about timescales. It’s poor.
