How to change Covid vax with no booking ref ?

Can anyone advise ?
Booked 2nd jab at a ridiculously difficult location as that's all that was available at the time and had been in a queue online for 45 mins, thinking I'll log back in and change it at a later date.

Problem is they never texted or emailed me the booking ref despite me being logged in with details. Which seems pointless anyway as DP Had his and it wasn't recognised at the centre !

Anyway - trying to log into online booking system to change jt , have all other details apart from this ref so can't access the appointment.
Can't even book it as a new appointment as it keeps looping back to the booking ref page !

Do you have the booking reference from your first jab? I think you can use that too.

My booking references are 1 digit apart. Do you have the first reference anywhere? I got a text and email.

No I booked 1st and 2nd at the same time and didn't get sent a booking ref for either. Have screen grabs of the booking page with the details on of both appts but no booking ref in sight

Thanks @Deadleaf29 do you know if the phone system is connected to the online booking system/ be able to access the ref ?
