was just about to leave with DD for her 2pm appointment, but got a call from GP asking if we could be there at 2.30pm instead as they are running late.
I'm so impressed, this has never happened before.
of course I've had notifications of postponed or brought forward appointments for longer waits, but on the day? never
I'm guessing it is to reduce people mingling while waiting but still.
has anyone experienced anything like this, ever?
now just have to make sure we don't end up being late🙈🤣
