I want to do a 6 week post lockdown transformation

Without guests and socialising, I’ve kind of let things go.
We’ve got a few catch up events this summer, including a bbq around ours.
So, I have devised a plan to sort myself and home out over the next 6 weeks by reading lots of threads on here.
I think I can achieve this by mainly putting my phone down and just get on with something instead of arsing around on the internet.
Here goes -
Blood sugar diet for 6 weeks. Fasting til lunch then 2 meals.
Moisturising every day. Face mask once a week.
Hair mask once a fortnight.
Exercise daily, even if it’s a 20 minute walk.

Getting rid of 5 things a day until I’ve decluttered.
Work on one home task a day. Some small like fixing door handles and some bigger like painting the bathroom ceiling which will take a few days.
Calling people in to fix things that have stopped working like extractor fan and window lock. I’m sure there are other things.
I’m a bit overwhelmed so it feels better to get things down.

Anyone working on similar plans?
