Anemia help please

Dd had blood transfusion for extreme anemia, about 4 days ago. Today, she's complaining about heart palpitations again. Why? Why is this happening again?

Has her ferritin levels been checked? I think this is to see how much the body stores iron. I've been told I have anemia and need a retest in 3 months but I've to specifically ask for my ferritin level to be checked as it wasn't last time.

Yes they've done a full CBC a few times. I just worrying they've missed something.
