Have planned to go to a beauty spa place in town for ages with my sister. However I've recently found out I'm pregnant and will be 7 weeks when we go. The therapist who I spoke to said I can't have the regular massages or even the pregnancy massage in first trimester, and anything involving the feet is not advised either. I think they are reluctant to do anything massage on my during first trimester but did mention possibly a head massage (I don't want a Mani or pedi but think that may be the only option!) Is there anything I can have?
