I’ve posted before about DS 18 months who runs warm anyway.
But lately if he even gets a little bit excited or runs about a bit it gets absolutely bright red in the face and gets really hot to touch.
I thought maybe it’s because he’s so fair (he’s incredibly fair with blonde curly hair) but am also wondering if it’s normal for him to get that hot from just running around?!
We frequently have to strip him down to just shorts to cool off a bit when he gets like this, and he also seems to get really hot after having milk or food.
I’ve spoken to the doctor a few times about it and they don’t seem remotely bothered because he’s very well otherwise but we’ve also had an issue with nursery sending him home because his temp reaches around 37.7/8 regularly (posted a thread about this too) again doctor isn’t concerned.
Just wondered if anyone else has this.
