Ticketmaster help - We couldn’t find the tickets you searched for

Having never booked gig tickets ever, I am in a pre-sale with an artist code. No matter what options I choose ticket master tells me

We couldn’t find the tickets you searched for
Please change the quantity or ticket type selected.

No matter if I choose standing or seated, even just 1 ticket (I am trying to book 3) it just keeps coming up with the same message.

Does this mean keep trying, try again when the general sale starts in a couple of days? Help me out, I am desperately trying to get the tickets we promised Ds for his 18th, yes he is aware we might not get them but we are trying.

I have managed to get in now but then they had an issue at their end. So I am trying again. I think the system must just be overwhelmed.

He is booked! Completely thrilled, I know I am the only person posting but I had to share.
