Food rut - help please

Because of work and trying to save money we tend to eat a lot of meals which we can cook in bulk, then freeze in portions. However, we basically have 3 such meals - having one portion of these every week is wearing thin and we need a change. They are:

Bolognaise
Chicken and veg curry
Chilli

Please suggest other meals that we can cook a massive pot of and freeze in portions?

Thanks!!

Make a massive lasagne to portion & freeze.
Beef casserole with slow cooked diced beef -although that’s more wintery.
Beef stroganoff
Chicken casserole
We make the mince & gravy element for cottage pie then portion & freeze so just make fresh mash whilst it’s defroting & heating.

This curry is fairly cheap and freezes well. If you use frozen spinach it will be even cheaper.

Vegetable tagine
Goulash
Cottage pie
Lasagne - meat or veggie
Fajitas (just the filling)

Almost and curry freezes well.
Chicken tagine (extra brilliant as it goes with cous cous which is super simple!)
Sausage casserole
Fish pie
I always make a load and freeze when cooking falafel and fish cakes
Chicken, bacon and leek pasta bake
Macaroni cheese
Tuna pasta bake

Peanut chicken (like a satay style curry)

Chicken and chorizo stew

Macaroni cheese

You can bake jacket potatoes then freeze them and microwave from frozen.

You can also make sandwiches/paninis with various combos....ham and cheese, pepperoni, cheese and peso. Freeze them individually wrapped then you can put in toastie maker if you have one straight from frozen.

I could eat that now even though I'm still full from dinner 😋
