Veneers

Hi, I've got teeth whitening trays from the dentist but I never seem to stick with it enough to make a difference. 15 years ago I had laser whitening which did make an impact but this isn't something I would do again. Lots of ladies around where I live have dazzling white teeth and mine look grey and dull but I don't know if they are just whitening or have veneers and obvs wouldn't just ask. I like the idea of veneers as I'm lazy with the whitening but the thought of having my enamel chiseled off and possibly ruining my teeth doesn't sit well. Is there a gentle veneer option? What's the best way to get permanently white teeth? Looking for insight from those who've had veneers and advice as well please.

You don't always need your teeth filed down to stumps for veneers. Have a consultation with your dentist to go through your options, visit a couple if you're not happy.
One down side is it's more difficult to keep your gums healthy with veneers, they require more meticulous cleaning but it's not difficult.
Unless you're having all of your teeth done you'll still need to continue with bleaching to match the veneer colour to the existing teeth so it looks as natural as possible.
There are a range of natural shades and a range of bleaching shades - those are bright white.
