Which loo roll lasts the longest/is best value for money?

I'm having to try and budget better and it is annoying me that maybe the cheaper ones run out faster, so are a false economy really. Or am I wrong?

Which loo roll is the longest-lasting?

I think I have normal 'habits' and am not fussy about which one I have- money is my only concern.

Any suggestions? Grin

Costco own brand.

For @BarbaraofSeville and others of Team Costco- I'm sure I could see a smaller deal on their site last night but now I can only see 1,440 Rolls for £499? I only have a one-bedroom flat. Grin

Do you think they've run out of anything smaller and it's Mumsnetters' fault?
@Toohardtofindaproperusername I’ve not looked into them in great detail because I live in rented accommodation so I’m not in a position to fit one (but I have used them when abroad). You can get toilet seats with bidet attachments already fitted but you can also get attachments to fit to existing toilet seats, e.g.: www.wayfair.co.uk/diy-plumbing/pdp/vidaxl-attachment-hot-cold-water-dual-nozzles-toilet-seat-bidet-vdbb1528.html (I don’t know if this is a good one).

There’s also these, which I was very grateful for when I had a stomach upset abroad: www.bigbathroomshop.co.uk/milano-mirage-modern-wall-hung-douche-spray-chrome-69108?gclid=CjwKCAjwzruGBhBAEiwAUqMR8OtYKLK-yHmVv_g_HEN7nLuUUpHQPd3JDQcn3XefsKopX9oR-KlbAhoCwq8QAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds (Again, I don’t know if this is a good one).

I’m probably going to buy a handheld bidet spray like this: ]]
Thank you!!!

Shock

Perhaps we could all club together and split the haul?

For handwash, we buy 5L big pots of Carex (on Amazon subscribe and save) and refill our existing bottles, it was the cheapest way we found. The link is amazon.co.uk/dp/B00PSKQH18/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_Q808GNCFZVGPMP8X551X?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1]]

Massive vote for the Who Gives A Crap bamboo toilet paper, which you buy in bulk online. The rolls are everlasting! And more sustainable.

Unless you could tolerate family cloth ....

Pinch the roles and you'll see the difference. I use amazons own brand ones on subscribe and save. Either the green or purple.
