featherbird Have fun on the date! I don't think I weighed in before about the splitting of the bill. Of course you have your own expectations/values but I do think it can be tricky for guys to get it right (equality, not having one person feel like they "owe" the other, etc.), so it does seem sensible, and even respectful, to me. Glad the pros list was so long at least.

Salsa he's certainly making an entrance isn't he! But he's doing good so fingers crossed they'll be home this weekend.

DD is still full of cold so home for another day.

just collected eggs from chickens, they are still warm so they must have laid them a few minutes before I went out!

Zing aw a grotty cold is horrible, not fair. We love a bit of horrible histories in this house. I'm a bit jealous of your fresh eggs! I'd love some chickens.

Just spoken to DD, she's doing well but still quite traumatised. They. Tried forceps before the section and had to cut her so she's got a lot going on there bless her. I'm dying to give her some cuddles. Baby boy has been stable overnight, feeding well, they're hoping a 48 hour iv antibiotics should do the trick meaning tentative plans for being home by the weekend.

I had a terrible sleep last night, couldn't fall asleep until 2am and I've been up since 5 after Dsis called me because she was worried about her baby.

Glad to hear baby is doing better Kurt, hopefully he can go home this weekend.
