Are we allowed to try stuff on in shops now?

I'm clothes shopping with a friend on Monday and wondering if it's allowed

We're in England

It’s upto individual companies whether their changing rooms are open.

In my experience a couple of weeks ago, Next yes, Sainsbury's no, M&S between 10 and 4, even though shop was open 8 to 8, Primark don't know as CBA joining massive queue to get into shop.
