3 weeks ago when transferring money from my savings to my taxfree childcare account. Unfortunately I sent the money to my credit card instead. I should’ve done the sensible thing and sent the money to my tax-free childcare account instead but I asked Lloyd’s to transfer it straight to the tax-free childcare account. They told me it would be there within in 3 working days.
3 weeks later, 14 phone calls, 28 different Lloyd’s representatives, 1 lot of compensation I am no closer to getting my money back. I have been told repeatedly it will be there in 3 days, tomorrow, Monday. I’m not sure where I can go from here. It’s a substantial amount of money for me and I really would like it back.
Luckily my mum lent me the money to pay my childcare bill but it was still stressful paying late.

Is possible for you to juggle your finances so that you spend the surplus money on your credit card (maybe pay a bill with it so that it frees up your current account funds to pay your childcare bill/money your mum lent you?

Why didn't you pay the childcare with the credit card?
