I am really struggling with my phone addiction. My mental health hasn't been brilliant the last 12 months (understatement) and I know a lot of that is due to being on my phone a lot, misreading stuff, not sleeping, comparing myself to others on Instagram, feeling like I have to message friends or respond to their messages all day. I've left a few WhatsApp chats to help with my mental health and made progress but I think I need to take a bigger step. The issue is though, I volunteer and my role in volunteering is mainly social media and I'm aiming towards a career in it, so I can't just delete all the apps (as tempting as that is) and I need to keep a reasonable eye on admin to do with the charity.
So I guess this is an accountability post, anyone else in similar situation. anyone else want to cut down their phone use??? Or anyone with any miracle advice!!! Many Thanks :)
