I have a pack of mince on it's last day which I will probably make into lasagne. I also have about 1 portion of bolognaise (bastard red meat sauce version nowt authentic) from yesterday would I be okay to use the mince to make a red meat sauce add that to yesterdays and bang it all in a lasagne?
Logically I think it should be okay it just feels a bit wrong

Thanks it's in, DP will probably eat the rest of the lasagne cold later so I don't have to worry about reheating twice
