Am in Ireland, need to buy a German postage stamp

Hi there

DS is collecting autographs, and needs to send an SAE to a German club. As above, we're in Ireland. Obviously the stamp needs to be a German international one. I've been on the German postal service website, but (aside from my lack of German) the problem seems to be that you must have a German address buy stamps from them. Has anyone a solution?

Thank you!

I know this sounds stupid but I would go to my local post office and ask their advice.

Can you not by an international stamp at the post office? Do they make generic stamps that can work from another country? I'd ask at the post office first.

Not a lot of help, sorry. But it might bump this along for you!

I'm Irish and live in Germany .If you want you could pm me your address and I will send you stamps. You just need to let me know what size even lope and approximate weight in order that I can send the right stamp.
