I've always assumed this is about premature ejaculation but why does Chandler shout "I knew it?"

I think because he’s been told that by women he’s been with and he always knew it was a lie?

Because it happens to him a lot and his girlfriends say it happens all the time to everyone and so don't worry about it. It's not a big deal.

I think it was because Chandler had also heard the "yes of course it's common, it happens to every guys, it's not a big deal" from women he had been with and had wondered if they were lying to him.

I’ve only experienced this with one guy years ago. He was slightly younger than me and really handsome so I was expecting a lot at the time. He ejaculated after like one minute flat then went to sleep. So, so disappointing.
