Name changed incase MIL tracks me down. Not a disaster as such but currently on holiday in a self catering cottage she organised for us (got us a good discount as a friend of hers owns it and we were assured we would absolutely love it). It's in the middle of nowhere, everything suitable for the kids to do doesn't seem to open till the summer holidays, got a nail in the tyre on the way here, most local food shop is 20 miles away and costs a fortune and has very little choice, the curtains may as well be non existent as the light comes through as soon as the sun is up, no garden just a little yard that kids keep tripping up in and hurting themselves, got some holidaying neighbours who are twice our age and don't seem to approve of kids being around! I could go on but I can't wait to leave in the morning. I want to hear other peoples disasters to make mine seem better! 😆
