Frozen ready meal

Found an M&S pasta meal in the freezer and I am too tired to cook.

It says to defrost thoroughly before use. Think I can do that in the microwave and then stick in oven

We've done that. Another option is putting it the oven when you turn it on and then it defrost gently as the oven warms up. Key thing is making sure it's piping hot all the way through.

Yeah, i do it all the time. Which one is it? I'm obsessed with the mushroom papardelle from M&S and that can be microwaved from frozen no problem.
