How did they get dress?

Just seen this story of a couple who were chained together for 123.

Weird but ok. But I can't figure out how they could get dressed whilst chained together. How do you get your arm through a coat if it's tied to another person?

I have no idea…

Maybe they had a key to change etc but had the cuffs cut in a ceremonial type thing at the end

They must have taken them off to sleep and then put them back on once they'd gotten dressed.

Maybe the real story is 'couple wear the same clothes for 123 days'.
