You're not wrong the website is crap. Missing information on items all over the place. I contact customer service to ask about what material an item is made out of. They can't answer me because "that information is not on the website".....

Sorry no help about alternatives, I've not really bought anything but basics for a couple of years because my weight has fluctuated and last 18mths I've only had to wear my work uniform and pyjamas/sloggies 😂
Also I'm pretty disillusioned with stuff out there at the moment, I struggle to find much I like or would suit me and if I do it typically is way out of my budget. I might have to post here at some point for help 😁

Go to a big Sainsburys. Their clothes are nicer and much cheaper than DP! It was a revelation during lockdown when our local big one had all these lovely clothes!

I second the sainsburies. I get stuff from there often. And as others have said. Next do a ton of other stuff online as well as their own.

😂😂😂 I had to read it a couple of times too.

I used to like DP. It was good for shorties like me! Luckily I bought 2 pairs of short-girl skinny jeans in November and have 2 other pairs of their jeans which should last me a while if I can still get into them but I liked their dresses as well.

I liked DP as their wide office shoes where ok, I could find a few staple office tops and skirts.

I do shop at Sainsbury’s but some of it is a but not my style.

I’ve been to next but I’m hoping online is better. The airport next is good!

I've bought a few things from them since they got taken over and I was really disappointed - expensive, not amazing quality, take FOREVER to be dispatched and the last one just never even got sent (took 4 weeks of being fobbed off before I eventually got a refund). All the while I'm getting almost daily emails of sales and offers. I used to love them but I just don't know if I can face trying again.
