Today I found out that Ofsted have found that 9 out of 10 girls feel unsafe at school because of rape culture and sexism. I knew it was a problem but I wasn't aware that it was quite so prevalent. Aren't there any safe spaces for girls? Thankfully, there's an organisation that helps children who have been sexually abused has created the YES Matters Commitment. So schools who want to tackle rape culture seriously will sign up to it and be assessed that they are actually doing it properly.

I'm hoping that schools actually get on board with this. It's been far too easy for schools to ignore these problems. I'll certainly be contacting my local schools to see if they'll be signing up.
