Actually, a bight might be right for Bunglie - it's a slack loop in a rope ...

Maybe we need a tight bight, that'll stop her getting away ...

What's Rolf doing in here again? I thought he'd gone off with the Frigid Hermaphrodites?

I've already got one for her! Think she'll like it?

And I think this might be why Bonkerz is guarding her ladybird so jealously ...

A blow-up ladybird? No! It's a big red hard plastic one with a nice bouncy bit in the middle.

The seller on ebay reckons the ladybird is made of string!

And I thought we were mad?

Anyone can see it's made of cheese ...

My dd loved ours, most wonderful thing on the market imo. (You do mean the bouncy one, don't you ...)

And I only ever fell over laughing at it once, btw

If you really want to know ...

I came home with dd one afternoon, and as I hauled the pushchair in through the door I heard a flapping noise, a bit like a cat-flap repeatedly opening ... I got dd out of her pushchair, came into the lounge, could see the cat by the flap, still the flapping noise, but it obviously wasn't the cat flap as the cat was sitting in front of it - then spotted the pigeon in the corner flapping its wings at the cat. Then spotted the pigeon poo, blood and gore all over the furniture, the floor, the cat, the walls ...

Silently screamed for a few seconds, got my heart beating again then dumped dd into the ladybird as the safest place to keep her out of the pigeon poo - removed cat from scene, stuck her in the garage, rescued pigeon (shudder) - then turned round and noticed I'd put dd into the ladybird upside down and her legs were flapping in the air.

It was at that point that I laughed so much that I fell over ... after I'd rescued her, of course.

She was perfectly happy upside down, btw ...

A true story, I kid you not.
