In early May I ordered some things through MIllets. For various reasons I needed to return all bar 1 item. I used the InPost returns system they offer and dropped my parcel at the locker. I got an email receipt. For those who don't know, InPost is a label free system, you scan a bar code, a locker open and you out your parcel in there. No address on the parcel or anything.
2 weeks after posting I received a partial refund of £12ish when it should have been £60. I emailed them straight away and they advised I needed to wait 21 days and then contact them as the refund may still be being processed. I emailed them at 21 days. They wanted a receipt for the return, I provided this. They wanted proof of order, I provided it. They again wanted proof of return, I provided it again, they wanted proof of order, again I provided it (this time also with proof of return and screenshot of partial refund). This wasn't good enough, they want photos of the parcel I returned to see the address (see above, InPost don't use address labels), a photo of the printed receipt of return (InPost are paperfree). I have told them this 3 times now, and provided email receipts of everything and STILL they are asking for proof of postage and proof of order. I've contacted them on social media and they have gone through the proof of order/ proof of return thing AGAIN. Now they are saying they didn't receive my parcel. If they didn't receive it, why have they given me a partial refund? They don't they say, they can see no returns on my account.
I just don't understand how someone can fuck up so spectacularly.
Sorry, rant over.
