Anyone get pregnant without full sex?

I guess I’m seeking some hope. DP has erectile dysfunction. He rarely comes during sex. He’s having treatment. I know there’s other options like inseminaton etc but just wondering if it’s possible to do this naturally with him if this keeps happening. I know I probably sound desperate, I am a bit.
