I stopped reading celeb news 10 years ago so I’m really bad at thinking of celebs he might look like! They’re just of that Mediterranean (well Levantine, eastern Med I don’t know the right term) diet, slim, sculpted jawline ilk, so age well. So they just wrinkle up, rather than bloat/redden up (I must sound as bad as Leo). His grandad stayed very fit and active, gardening and harvesting fruit trees, so I think that all helps. Doubt my DP’s lifestyle will lead to the same result.
