Is going to Chessington by train a terrible idea?

Of if not any tips?

DS1 "needs" the car because his girlfriend has booked a surprise overnight trip to Chessington.

I've said there's no way he's leaving me without a car for 48 hours, but actually it looks like quite an easy trip by train and they have lockers where you can leave your bags...

I also wonder if she knows "the" car is mine and have told him if he's been lying to her he gets what he deserves!

Does anyone have any tips to make sure they a have a lovely time? It's the first time he's been away with a girlfriend.

Why can't he go to Chessington by train? It has 2 stations and one is reasonably close to Chessington World of Adventures.

The Park is a 10 minute walk from the station.

Isn't that what I said? Yes unless they can magic up a car they'll be going by train. I was wondering if there are pitfalls. Obviously it is quite handy to have a car as somewhere to leave your stuff
