Hi, I'm new to this, so my 13 year old is being bullied, threatened and told to kill herself on a daily basis, this has been happening since primary school,
before the pandemic I removed her from her previous school because of this, the school did absolutely nothing to help other than to tell me that I was doing the right thing
She started a new school and all seemed fine until a girl heard about her problems at the old school and has started the bullying, messages and abuse again, in the messages she adds all the other girls, my dd has deleted and blocked these girls on numerous occasions but they always find a way.
I've informed the police on three separate occasions but nothing has come of it.
Speaking to the parents is also not an option as a lot of them just don't care.

I've been toying with the idea of moving completely away, a fresh start for her as I don't know how much more she can take.

How absolutely awful for you both. I work in mental health with young people and you are not alone. Please do whatever it takes to protect her mental health, it sounds like you already are. Trust your instincts and push push push the school to act. Look at their policies around this and take to board of governors if you are not happy. Also look up Bullying UK for more advice and maybe look for some support around her mental health as there is lots out there.

Hi, thank you, she has seen a counsellor at Healthy young minds, but they seemed to think she was fine and didn't need to follow up anything, I'm actually at my wits end, the worse thing is to see your child hurting
