Any idea what these are sore spots inside mouth

Hi anyone know what this could be. I woke up with a sore mouth checked and I have sore spots on the roof of my mouth. And my tounge I have this spot in a circle. I checked my 4 year old he also has sore spot at the back of his mouth . Any idea what it is

Looks like Hand foot and mouth.

That’s what I was worried about he’s had it before and I didn’t catch it. But guess this time I’m unlucky 🤣 thank you.
