So far I have:

Go swimming
Book a massage

Any other ideas? Not running and I already walk loads.

Do you have any hobbies you enjoyed in the past but haven't done recently,? Maybe a painting or craft class. I've got many hobbies but little time or energy, so for me, half an hour crocheting in the car, or an hour or two at the sewing machine are perfect. I once had a membership at a pottery and thought I'd gone to heaven! I was buzzing with ideas, like I can't remember being for decades!!

For wellbeing you could try yoga or mindfulness if that's your thing. You can get guidance on YouTube.

I don't believe in acupuncture as such, but I did have some sessions and it felt good in a wellbeing way.

I love a massage, they're the best. Facials are nice too in a wellbeing pampering way.

If you're looking for activities to do alone you could see if there are any book festivals or people giving talks in your area, lots of people attend those types of events alone.

Or cinema, pick 'indie' films rather than blockbusters.

Not sure if this is the type of thing you mean, but those are things I've done alone and enjoyed.

A friend wanted to try wild swimming but didn't know where to go so joined a local Facebook group and found a woman who knew all the good places.

Thanks! These are all fantastic ideas. I just need to plan a few things to look forward to over the next wee while.
