I'm trying to help my parents with their application for a badge for my elderly father and i'm getting a bit lost with what to put. His GP has recommended the application and will be including a letter of support but has also pointed out it is very hard to get a badge.
My DF is 85 and has difficulty in walking at all without 2 sticks and even with sticks can only walk a short distance. He also has sight problems which restricts his field of vision and my Mum is now the driver. The advice we had was to imagine his worst days and to describe that - does that sound about right?
