help needed please

Hi everyone,
Have name changed for this thread as i dont want it linked to my previous history.
As my new name suggests Im looking for work at the moment but am massively struggling to write a letter to go along with my cv, I have a few gaps on my cv due to where I was living for the last decade or so, so I moved to a city to look for work but then Covid hit so more gaps!!
Once I get into a role im fine, went in to in my last place for 2 weeks temping and was kept for 6 months but its selling myself in the first place im useless at. Has anyone got any ideas of what to put in the letter for me ? Id be applying for administration / reception jobs if that helps. TIA

Where are you sending the cv? Recruitment agency or direct to a company for an advertised role?

im already registered with 1 agency (spoke with them over the phone, im better at talking!)but will be sending my cv into other agences and to companies directly. Also found a company just down the road from me that I would love to work for so am going to drop my cv in to them on spec

Anybody ?
