Does anybody have any recommendations for scalp sunscreen for a 2year old ?

We use a roll-on factor 50 along the parting and hairline but maybe a spray one for whole head if the hair is sparse? Otherwise a hat.

I seen a post on Facebook a couple of days ago about a spray one from Primark that everyone is raving about. Doesn't leave the hair greasy apparently.

I swear there is one by malibu

Think calypso and malibu do scalp sprays. I'm sure I used to get one from superdrug (own make)

Tinkletwat · 14/06/2021 15:33

A hat?

MrsTerryPratchett · 14/06/2021 15:35

Powder sunscreen but actually hat or shade. I had a hat refuser so I feel your pain but hat, inside or shade.

Jojoanna · 14/06/2021 15:39

Yep use hat and shade but very fair hair just wanting an extra protection as its so hot

Superdrug used to do a specific on for the scalp, it was less than a fiver.

Caulidop · 14/06/2021 15:47

I've used the Malibu one, bought from a few different shops. I think they started doing higher factor more recently too, seems to do the trick!

giftidea · 14/06/2021 15:48

Dry spray

PattyPan · 14/06/2021 15:55

I use the Malibu one on myself (anyone else get burnt through the slits on a bike helmet? Just me?) but I’m not sure about the suitability for toddlers

murbblurb · 14/06/2021 16:21

temperature irrelevant. It is a week to the solstice. They even tell you on the news that UV is super strong at this time of year.

hat or shade between 11 and 3. Let kid howl if it doesn't like it.

CandyCaneLane0 · 14/06/2021 16:44

I use the Malibu spray
